By using this website, making a booking, or enrolling on a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Wimbledon Training provides compliance training, professional training, online courses and related training services for individuals, companies and groups.
Our training services include, but are not limited to:
Courses may be delivered at our main training centre or at other locations in London, depending on the course and booking arrangements.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information displayed on our website, including course descriptions, dates, locations, prices and availability, is accurate and up to date.
However, course dates, venues, trainers, prices and course content may occasionally change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Wimbledon Training reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course arrangements where necessary.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided.
When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details and any information required for the selected course.
You should check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
Wimbledon Training reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
All course fees are displayed on the website or provided to you before booking.
Payment must be made using the payment method available at the time of booking.
Where applicable, course places will only be secured once the required payment has been received.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed.
If you are unable to attend a course, you should contact Wimbledon Training as soon as possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements may depend on the specific course, booking date and amount of notice provided.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we may, at our discretion, offer:
Late cancellations, failure to attend, or requests made shortly before the course start date may be subject to cancellation charges or may not be eligible for a refund.
Any specific cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process or provided with your booking confirmation will take precedence.
If you do not attend a course without providing appropriate notice, your booking may be treated as a cancellation and the course fee may not be refundable.
If you are late for a course, the trainer may determine whether you are able to participate. This is particularly important for regulated or qualification-based courses where minimum attendance requirements apply.
Participants are expected to:
Some courses may have mandatory attendance, assessment or practical requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may prevent a participant from completing or passing the course.
Certain courses may require participants to provide identification, proof of eligibility, previous qualifications, photographs, or other documentation.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements for the course they have booked.
Where a qualification or licence is issued by an external awarding body or regulator, Wimbledon Training cannot guarantee the decision of that external organisation.
Where a course includes an examination, assessment or practical assessment, participants must meet the relevant requirements established by Wimbledon Training and/or the applicable awarding organisation.
Completion of a training course does not automatically guarantee that a participant will pass an examination or receive a particular qualification.
Where a qualification or certificate is issued by an external awarding body, the awarding body’s rules and procedures will also apply.
Any training materials, documents, presentations, course notes, videos, downloads or other resources supplied by Wimbledon Training are provided for the participant’s personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
Training materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
For online courses, access details may be provided after successful payment and confirmation.
Participants are responsible for having suitable internet access, compatible equipment and any software required to access the course.
Wimbledon Training is not responsible for interruptions caused by the participant’s internet connection, device, browser, software or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
Online course access may be subject to time limits or other conditions specified for the particular course.
Although we make every effort to deliver courses as advertised, Wimbledon Training may occasionally need to change or cancel a course due to circumstances including insufficient enrolment, trainer availability, venue issues, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a course is cancelled or significantly changed by Wimbledon Training, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and, where appropriate, offer an alternative course date, transfer or refund.
Our main training centre is:
Falcon House

Participants are responsible for checking the venue and arrival information included in their booking confirmation before attending.
Participants must follow all reasonable health and safety instructions given by Wimbledon Training, its trainers and the relevant training venue.
Participants must inform Wimbledon Training or the trainer of any relevant requirement that may affect their ability to safely participate in practical training.
Wimbledon Training reserves the right to refuse participation where a person’s behaviour or circumstances create a significant risk to themselves, staff, trainers or other participants.
